About us

‘My bar’ was started in all honesty out of a need to diversify our home business of building trade stands for the events/exhibition trade due to the impact of Covid 19 and the huge affects it’s had on suppliers to that industry.

So we thought long and hard and didn’t want to waste our talented carpenters and technicians and needed to put their skills to good use and came up with a product. So after many brain storming sessions we decided to work on something that came naturally to us and got us excited – ‘drinking dancing and generally being silly and having fun’ and so was born the ‘booth bar’ a karaoke style socially interactive bar – of course it can be used for many other bar setting activities. This is our first and main product but we will be adding products as we go.

We felt it was perfect timing as the pub/club experience has by large been severely impacted and has left a clinical dull feeling full of restrictions and do’s and don’ts not to mention early nights. Well no doubt in time the good old days will return but many people have turned too entertainment from home and that’s where we are stepping in with our new barware company and innovative and unique home bar products and trying to bring some fun back into our lives. We are new so please bear with us as we bring new products to the market and keep checking back with us regularly to see what we have dreamt up next.

Our flagship product is the ‘booth bar’ unlike your typical home bar set up ie a classical single bar top that someone goes behind to serve you a drink then you just stand or sit to prop up. The booth bar is a multi functional socially interactive table top booth type structure that allows you and your friends/family to gather around and spend many hours together socialising and having fun and laughter whether it be singing on the karaoke or playing poker, trivial pursuit or a whole host of other table games, with the cosy feel of being in a pub/bar/club but in your home.

The screen (smart TV) can be used in a multitude of uses with todays technology allowing many applications like karaoke, gaming, watching sport, playing music, internet, apps etc etc.

Although eight people can comfortably sit around the bar at our standard size we can customize the length of the table to suit. Our standard size is 2440mm x 1036mm (height and width of backboard) and the bar top allowing for the backboard join is 2540mm x 1036mm.

The six piece optic rack is waiting to serve you spirits of your choice and the chilled ice bowl cut into the middle of the table will keep your beers/wine or even champagne chilled and ready to serve and when the ice bucket is not in use you can cover it using the cover that comes with it so you have a full table top if required. Pop your beer bottles using the funky magnetic bottle opener that is attached to the side of the backboard that catches your bottle tops as they drop.

Our bar tops are made from birch plywood and oiled/waxed using osmo polyx which leaves the surface resistant against wine, beer, cola, coffee, tea, fruit juice, milk and water in accordance with German DIN 68861 -1A – no water spots. The dry finish is safe for humans, animals and plants and resistant to saliva and perspiration. Osmo TopOil is food safe acc. EN 1186 part 5/14 and its kind to the environment as its based on natural plant oils. We can also offer highly clear polished epoxy resin ‘river’ bar top which creates a stunning surface full of character and interest. (see products)

LED lighting perfectly finishes off the bar which can be set for the mood or if your having a party/sing along can be set to bounce with the music using up to seven colour variants and speeds.

Seating doesn’t come with the table but can be purchased through us again with our own designed and built stools. We offer standard fixed stools.
